A very rare set. Released months after the LONDON CSA version, the domestic issue was one of the first produced in Decca's new overseas factory in Holland. Accordingly, the USA version (also available on Kingsway Hall) is Decca pressed in the UK and the UK release  exists only in Dutch pressings.

 However, both versions were mastered by Ted Burkett and have 1G / 1G / 1G / 1G stamper codes
