Terms and Conditions

All records must be paid for within 7 days. We are happy to stockpile records, but prior agreement has to be made and items paid for as and when they are purchased.
 
Records will not be dispatched until payment in full is received. 

Postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. We always use Royal Mail for packages up to 2 kilograms in weight and Royal Mail for most heavier parcels. All items sent via Royal Mail are insured to the value of £20, and International Tracked & Signed parcels for up to £50, but an additional charge of £2.50 will be applied to parcels between £50 and £250 in value. We always obtain proof of posting, but we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
