Returns / Refund Policy
Should a record prove unsatisfactory then a full refund will be made. Buyers must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item. In most cases we will request that the item be returned to us then once the item is received, a full refund will be issued as well as the cost of returning the item to us. However should the item be returned due to a change of mind, then the buyer is responsible for paying return postage.
We do our very best to grade records honestly and accurately, but we do occasionally make mistakes, and our priority is to rectify problems to the satisfaction of the customer. With a stock of over 30,000 LPs we do not claim to have auditioned every record in our catalogue, but every LP is examined carefully during the listing process and any suspicious looking marks are auditioned before grading.
