Comparison between this London issue and its UK equivalent (SXL 6096) demonstrate once again that Decca invariably released new recordings in the USA first, as the details of the respective pressings show. Both issues have 1G lacquers, but the CS has mother / stamper codes 1 / B and the SXL has 1 / U codes, so it may be assumed that the first batch of pressings were for the American market.
