Joseph Maurice Ravel (1875 – 1937) French composer, pianist and conductor. Ravel's compositions include Mother Goose, two Piano Concertos, Daphnis et Chloe, and Spanish Rhapsody. However the one movement orchestral piece Bolero, composed in 1928, remains Ravel's most popular work.
